Harmony: ABSURDLY wicked art tool.
What a magnificent tool. I know I’ve used that exact sentence to describe some people before, but I mean this in the most flattering way possible.
HARMONY is one fantastic program developed by Ricardo Cabello and it’s continuing to blow my mind every day. Even the simplest sketches are filled with such depth. I came across it through a very talented gentleman on Deviant Art by the name “DerKlox“. A man with these capabilities can harness this program like nobody’s business. I’ve been experimenting with it lately, and it’s REALLY easy to get the hang of. Try it out for yourself, let me know what you think, and by all means, show me some of your stuff! I’d love to see it.

A wonderful gentleman by the name of TIM, over at Oddly Studios is hosting a “Final Fantasy 13″ related podcast tomorrow, (Thursday March 11th) and my dearest Courtney and I are invited! I will update this post when I’ve got more info about it!

MAN, this was a pretty cool get-together. I’ve not really had the opportunity to get to many functions like this, and this was a real treat. Look forward to an update on this, as Dearest Shazz (thanks for the cupcakes!) will soon be editing the nights footage into a tasty slice of internet. For those of you who have not met Tim Willison, you probably should, he’s one of the keenest beans. He’s got it all figured out. He shovels all the heart and soul back into this industry. He’s proving that it’s really not “all business”. Thanks to him, I feel WAY more confident about tossing myself into the creative engine. It’s all about people, and BOY does he ever know A LOT of them!

Finally, after FOREVER, my site is nearing some form of functionality! This is a big step for me, pretty soon I can start handing out my FANCY little business cards!
